Templeton, Dec. 10 - Josiah I. Henshaw, 89, of Barre road, died this afternoon in Henry Heywood Memorial Hospital in Gardner after a short illness.    He was born in Monson, son of Eli F. and Ruth (Gleason) Henshaw.    He was a retired farmer and a member of Templeton Grange. He is survived by two sons, Charles R. Henshaw and Walter Dwelly, one daughter, Mrs. John Stanley, 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be in the Congregational Church Friday at 1 p.m.    Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Mary died 1944, Templeton, Worcester County, Massachusetts.i
