Walter William Radford Walter William Radford, 66, of Cushing, died Friday, Dec. 7, 2001 at his home.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Flynn Cemetery South west of Cushing. Rev. Robert Adams will preside. Vocalist Paula Radford will sing "One Day At A Time". Services are under the direction of Palmer Funeral Home.
He was born April 28, 1935 in Fairfax to Thomas and Mary Radford. He received his early education in Drumright. He was a life-long resident of the Cushing area. He retired from the Cushing Public School system after 14 years in maintenance.
Clint Madnon, Jessie Richardson, Rebob McKinny, Robbie McKinny, Jeremy McKinny and Chuck Ramsey will serve as pallbearers.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by four brothers and three sisters. Survivors include his wife Marie of the home; four sons Walter Radford and wife Paula of Ft. Worth, Texas, Keith Radford and wife Debbie of Oilton, Thurman Radford and wife Shanda of Pawhuska, Jerry Pierce and wife Cindy of New Jersey; six daughters, Diana Radford Nutt and husband Thomas of Garland, Texas, Roberta Radford Upshaw and husband James of Skiatook, Effie Radford Baker and husband Alan of Pawhuska, Loretta Sneed and husband Bobby of Cushing, Tina Foresee and husband Dan of Yukon, Geneva Shotz and husband Tim of Stillwater; two brothers, George Radford of Yale and Charlie Radford of Cushing; one sister, Polly Radford Hopper of Pennsylvania; 26 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Frankie Beck obituary: A dietician and member of Western Cherokees Frankie M. Hinshaw Radford Beck passed away Friday April 4, 2008 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was 71 years old.
Ms. Beck was born September 22, 1936 in Shamrock, Oklahoma to Everett and Azalee (Wade) Hinshaw.
Frankie worked as a dietitian at the Pawhuska Nursing Home for many years and hand quilted lap blankets for the residents she cared for while there. She was a member of the Western Cherokee Tribe of Indians and enjoyed doing genealogy. Above all, she loved talking to the Lord everyday and did so as if she was talking to her best friend.
She is survived by:
Her sons: Walter Radford and wife, Paula, of Ft. Worth, Texas; Keith Radford and wife, Debbie, of Pawnee, Oklahoma; Thurman Radford and Carol Murray of Pawhuska, Oklahoma;
Her daughters: Dianna Coleman and Thomas Nutt of Mesquite, Texas; Roberta Upshaw and husband, James, of Skiatook, Oklahoma; Effie Baker and husband, Alan, of Pawhuska, Oklahoma;
Her Brother: Harold;
Her Sisters: Connie, Shelia, Dracy and Kitty;
A daughter-in-law: Billie Cole;
Nineteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Frankie was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Azalee, and husbands, Walter William Radford and Johnny Beck.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday April 9, at 2:00 PM in Shamrock Cemetery, Shamrock, Oklahoma. Rev. David Downing will officiate.
