Born Apr 3 1955, Grant Hospital, Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio.1  

Chris attended schools at Bellpoint, Ostrander, and Buckeye Valley High School, Delaware County, Ohio, from which he graduated in 1973 and was a member of the varsity wrestling team.  For a time he attended the Marion branch of Ohio State University.1  

While in high school (and for awhile after), Chris played in small rock bands, the first being "Origin".  He played electronic piano and similar instruments.1  

He married Sally Ann Roszman, Jul 9 1977, outside of the Roszman home, Upper Sandusky, Wyandot County, Ohio.1,2  Sally, daughter of Ralph Fredrick Roszman & Mary Lou Roberts, was born Jul 18 1952, Upper Sandusky, Wyandot County, Ohio.1  

Sally had graduated from high school in Sandusky, Ohio.  In 1978 she graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in sociology.  She first worked as a waitress and hostess in restaurants before obtaining a position in 1979 as a social worker with the Marion County Department of Human Services.  Later she became co-director with the Big Brother / Big Sister organization in Marion and Delaware counties, Ohio.1  In 1998 she was named guidance counselor for two elementary schools in Morrow County, Ohio, near Delaware.3  

Chris worked as an electrician for two firms before launching his own company, Safe Circuits, in Delaware, Ohio, about 1991.1
