Sarah's gravestone shows she was born in 1864.^d    She is shown age 16 in the 1881 Nova Scotia census,^a,e and age 26 in the 1891 census,^f which would make her born about 1865 (consistent with an 1864 birth date).    But her birth date is shown in the 1901 census as Jul 10 1873^g,c (which seems unlikely as she would have been only nine years old when she married, below).

She married James Simeon Henshaw, Apr 8 1883, Virginia, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia.^h    James Simeon HenshawJames Henshaw & Ann -, was born Mar 31 1853, Digby County, Nova Scotia.^g,c
