Orvilene Hatchett Jan. 5, 1919 - Nov. 15, 2008 Orvilene Hatchett, 89, of Madison died Saturday at her residence.   She was born in Estillfork and was a member of First Baptist Church in Madison.   She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Swafford and husband Gary of Montgomery; two sons, Wayne Hatchett and wife Beverly of Murfreesboro, and Ronald Walker Hatchett and wife Sara of Valdosta, Ga.; two sisters, Ruth Embry and Opal Wallace, both of Murfreesboro; two brothers, Bill Henshaw of Hendersonville, Tenn., and Kenneth Henshaw of Lynchburg, Tenn.; nine grandchildren, John Hatchett, Cindy Hatchett, Melissa Siliceo, Janet Collins, Pamela Shirley, Teresa Canady, Angela Storrer, Carolyne Upson, and Merrilea Hatchett; 12 great- grandchildren, Tano and Chago Siliceo, James, David, and Stephen Shirley, Claire and Olivia Canady, Mike, Lance, and Becca Storrer, Johnathan and Jeremiah Frech; and several nieces and nephews.   Arrangements are being handled by Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today.  Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday from First Baptist Church of Madison with the Rev. David Tew officiating.  Mrs. Hatchett will lie in repose from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the service.  Interment will be at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
