William R. Hinshaw Died Oct. 10, 2003 William R. Hinshaw, 81, of Estillfork died Friday.    Mr. Hinshaw was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Hinshaw.    Survivors include his daughter, Janie Ethridge of Chicago; two sons, Gary Hinshaw of Estillfork and Horace Stephens Jr. of Skyline; two sisters, Pauline Jacks of Huntland, Tenn., and Beatrice Money of Estillfork; and nine grandchildren, 12 greatgrandchildren and two greatgreat-grandchildren.    The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester, Tenn., with Rev. Michael Carpenter officiating.    Burial will be in Sisk Cemetery.
