Benjamin was the devisee of the estate of Moor Hall, after the death of his brother, in the will of his father (who had purchased Moor Hall in 1677).1  

He married Ann Turvin, Sep 1 1698.  (marriage license date).1  

Benjamin was a merchant in London.2
