Vicey, daughter of Joshua Horne & Michel "Mikey" Rhodes, was born in 1796, North Carolina.^h,f,i

Bartlett was shown in the 1820 census, Orange County, North Carolina (page 378).^b    Also shown were his father David Hinchey, and also Levi Hinchey who was probably closely related (perhaps a brother).

Vicey (Viney Hinchey) was named (and bequeathed 5 shillings) in the will of her father, John Horne Sr., May 28 1829.^j
