WORCESTER - Loretta B. (LaHair) Henshaw, 82, of 11 Sever St., Worcester, died yesterday in the Millbury Convalescent Center, 5 Rhodes St., Millbury, after a long illness. She leaves her husband of 62 years, Harold W. Henshaw of Worcester; a son, Harold W. Henshaw Jr. of Pearl, Miss.; a daughter, Anita L. Staupe of Milford; two brothers, Michael LaHair of Riverview, Fla., and John LaHair of Millbury; five grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, daughter of George and Belle (Perron) LaHair, and lived here many years. She also lived in Leicester. Mrs. Henshaw was a nurse's aid at the former Doctors Hospital for several years, retiring many years ago. She was a member of Pilgrim Church and a past noble grand of Naomi Lodge of Rebekahs. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Hammond St. Burial will follow in Cherry Valley Cemetery, Leicester. Calling hours at the funeral home are from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
