LANGLEY, Virginia Rae - 79, of Purdy Road, Deep Brook, passed away July 26, 2008, in Annapolis Community Health Centre, Annapolis Royal. Born in Digby, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Martha (Hannon) Henshaw. Virginia loved her flower gardens, enjoyed rug hooking and quilting, and was an avid photographer. She loved to go camping and had a passion for feeding the birds and her pet raccoon. Virginia was proud that her granddaughter was born on her birthday. She is survived by her husband, James; sons, James (Susan Reid), Fall River; Daniel, Bear River; daughters, Sylvia Langley, Guelph, Ont.; Linda (Fred) Simmons, Fairview; granddaughter, Erin Simmons; brothers, Alfred Henshaw of Waldec, James Henshaw. She was predeceased by twin sons, Jim and Joseph in infancy, and infant daughter, Susan. A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. in Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal, with Rev. Janis Campbell officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Bear River. In lieu of flowers, donations in Virginia's memory may be sent to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Canadian Cancer Society. E-mail condolences may be sent to:
