He married Thomine Florence "Minna" Neilsen, 1915.1,6  Thomine was born Feb 1 1891, Woburn, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.2,6  

Marion was shown in the 1920 census (Jan 8-9 1920), living in the "Rutland State Sanatorium", Rutland, Worcester County, Massachusetts:7

Henshaw, Marion C, patient, age 33, born in Tennessee; father born in North Carolina; mother born in Virginia; married; occupation: none.
Mina and children were living separately nearby in Rutland:2
