She married Miles Ance Church, Jr., Aug 30 1968.^1,3  Miles, son of Miles Church & Edith Storie, was born Feb 15 1944, Surry County, North Carolina.^1,2

In 1990 Lena was living in East Bend, Yadkin County, North Carolina.¹  

Miles died Nov 2 2013, Yadkin Valley Community Hospital, Yadkinville, Yadkin County, North Carolina; age 69.²  

Miles' obituary was published as follows:²

East Bend Mr. Miles Ance Church, 69, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Yadkin Valley Community Hospital.  Mr. Church was born February 15, 1944 in Surry County to Miles and Edith Storie Church.  He attended Elkin High School and retired from Unifi with over 30 years of service.  On January 31, 1996, he was given a second chance at life by receiving a heart transplant.  Mr. Church was a member of Richmond Hill Baptist Church.   In addition to his parents, Mr. Church was preceded in death by a brother, Hamp Church.  He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Lena Hinshaw Church; two children, Julie (Scottie) Johnson and Miles Todd (Brianne) Church; four grandchildren, Andrew Osborne, Matthew Johnson, Erin Johnson, and a very special and close grandson, Elliot Claxton Church; one great grandson, Aaron Dalton Johnson; one brother, Howard (Grace) Church; two sisters, Audrey Macemore and Vinia (Jerry) Holbrook; one sister-in-law, Katie Lee Hinshaw; a close friend Junior Stewart; and several nieces and nephews.   A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 11:00AM at Gentry Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Will Hamric officiating.  Burial will follow at Richmond Hill Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00PM at Gentry Funeral Service in Yadkinville.   Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Richmond Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund c/o Kay Angell 8024 NC 67 Hwy East Bend, NC 27018.
