• You can find great overall information on the band at the ILOST site (Dr. Rumbaut is part of this team, in Monterrey, Mexico)

Lap-Band pages owned by bandsters

• You can find a great list of bandster pages by joining the bandsters list at yahoo groups. There are a bunch of pages listed in the "bookmarks" section there.
