Consider these at least "working draft" versions. They're fairly current and complete now, but I may still want to change/update them at least a moderate bit (add a bit more current/recent stuff, thin some older stuff, reorganize the presentation some more, etc.)

Formats I'm presently making available here (keeping the above in mind):

PostScript Display Format (PDF) (best for printing/viewing)
plain text (best for database entry, OCR scanning, etc.)
