So why couldn't you find it four days ago on Tuesday? > how to alert you about my e-mail coming in. And once you found my Web site, it's pretty easy to alert me, you now know, right? > Secondly, I have tried to call you, but your line is always busy. That's not true. Sometimes my line is unbusy. But if you change that to say "almost always" busy, that would be correct. By the way, today (Saturday) my line was un-busy from just after noon when I went to the Farmer's Market until afternoon/evening when I got up from my nap and finally got online to see your alert and e-mail already. Something happened at the Farmer's Market that upset me and made me afraid to get online most of the day. > Are you on the computer that much? Usually. > Not to be nosy -- but, what do you do all day? I participate in discussions on newsgroups. I work on computer software. And now I'm replying to your e-mail. > I know you go out to the food bank and to senior > lunches, but what else? Today (Saturday), I went online, then I did my B.M. and had to plunger the toilet because it wouldn't drain when I flushed it, then I went to Farmer's Market, then I came home and watched the last part of a football game (Florida/Georgia), then I took a nap and cried until I finally got online again to respond to some newsgroup articles but saw that you had logged into my Web site so I decided to answer more of your e-mail first. > I know that you talk to people on the internet about > math, science, evolution, Yes. > how big your penis is, No. > and Heather Thompson. Sometimes. > Does it really take all day? Usually. Take a look at the date+time I posted consecutive articles, and that will give you an idea how long it took me to compose each article before posting it after the previous article. For example: Date: Wed, 24 Oct 2007 10:50:09 -0700 "No. Log-base-m n, where m is the number of files being" (32 minutes and 50 seconds to compose the next article:) Date: Wed, 24 Oct 2007 11:22:59 -0700 "OK, the first question is whether you did it entire in actual RAM" > Sorry to be so nosy, but I'm interested. I have no way to know you're really interested. If you actually joined in some of these discussions, it would prove you were really interested. Or if you simply asked me questions about what I posted, not griping about what I said, but actually asking questions about the scientific topic that was under discussion. > I have to develop some new interests myself. Why? Who is forcing you? > Also, before I forget, I want to let you know that I > can come to see you more often if you want me to. That depends on whether we have enough common interests and things we'd like to do together. There would have to be some intellectual interest, such as playing Go, or programming computers, or some scientific interest you already chatted about via e-mail before coming here. In addition there would have to be some media interest, such as watching the videos I recorded in 1988 for Jean that I never got to show her because she was too budy, or the videos I recorded in 1998 for my children that I never got to show them because they were taken away, or the videos I've been recording recently to share with a woman who might come over to visit me. In addition there would have to be some personal interest, such as showing you my diary and you having your reading glasses so you can read it. I am **not** willing to read my entire diary out loud to you!!! I can read out loud only about 25 words per minute out loud whereas you can probably read ten times that fast silently, and reading silently you can re-read stuff you have trouble understanding, vary your speed, etc., which can't be done when listening to me read out loud. > Peek-a-boo FREE Tricks & Treats for You!
