After I registered in November, when I be allowed to participate??

On 2011.Nov.28 I registered to become an Americans Elect
Delegate, and in response I got e-mail saying in part"

Unfortunately that e-mail didn't say how to participate in
this process, nor how to get my registered-voter status
verified, and there has been no subsequent e-mail informing
me of these important matters, and the Web site gives no
information on either matter. Note for example:

I have no way to know whether that document answers either
of my questions, because the document is in PDF, and I have
no way to view PDF here. Please convert that document to
text/plain or text/html and link it from your Web site and
then tell me the URL for finding it.

In March I contacted your Twitter account with my concerns,
in particular the fact that I don't yet have a PIN for
logging into your Web site, and that person suggested
resetting my PIN. I tried that, but it didn't work. I never
had a PIN for your Web site, and I still don't have a PIN
for your Web site.

In any case, please tell me how to get my registered-voter
status verified, and how to get a PIN for your Web site if
it's necessary to log into your Web site, and how to then
use that PIN to log into your Web site, and how to
participate in your nomination/caucus process.
