Regarding your Terms of Service for use of KP online:
It wants me to periodically read the complete TOS on a regular basis and
 somehow manually detect if there have been any changes since the previous
 time I read it. NO FUCKING WAY!!!
No human that I know can memorize your entire TOS upon first starting to use
 your online system, then months or years later read a new TOS and mentally
 compare what was in the old (memorized) and new (currently-seen) TOS and thus
 detect any changes.

Copy-and-paste from the TOS doesn't work, so I have no way to save the current
 TOS into my own private file, then later download the new TOS and use a
 computer program to automatically compare old and new to find any difference.

Also, because copy-and-paste from the TOS doesn't work, I can't even quote the
 ABUSIVE language in the TOS as evidence when I file my formal complaint about
 it.

On 2013.May.08 11 I sent a message to the KP.Org WebMaster, complaining about
 the TOS, but KP.Org doesn't keep a copy for me to see on the site, so I
 copied my original text to my own Web site here:

I'll be adding to that same Web page over the upcoming weeks.

Back to my series of complaints I composed offline when I first got on your
 Web site but haven't sent until now:

After I finally have reset my password and updated my e-mail address and I'm
 finally at the main page, I'm constantly annoyed by boxes of text that are
 sliding across near the top of the page repeatedly.
My only way to get rid of that annoyance is to shrink the size of the browser
 window so that I can scroll down on the page to get the annoying slider off
 the top of the page where I no longer have to suffer the constant annoying
 distraction.
