More than a year ago I created the NewPub/ directory as a
temporary place to put new public Web pages until I would
have time to move them somewhere more organized. Over time
that directory accumulated a moderately large amount of
stuff that never went anywhere because I never had time to
re-organize it elsewhere. Today I finally decided to build a
better-organized public WebPage directory, here, the Pub/
directory. As time/energy/interest permit, I'll be moving
some files to this new directory and creating some new files
here in the first place. The old NewPub directory will then
be reserved only for Web pages for which I haven't yet
decided on a more permanent location.

I don't yet have a system for finding where a particular
file moved to, if a URL for its old location is no longer
valid, but I hope to someday. In the mean time, if you get
404 not found for a URL that used to work, go to my Turing
test, answer two simple questions, and thereby learn my
current disposable public first-contact e-mail address, and
send me e-mail telling me what URL no longer works, and you
found that URL, and I'll try to find where the file moved
to.
