Steps in adding a new question and then answering it:
- Regular user looks at the "meta question" ("What question would you like to answer?") and the various meta-answers (various actual questions users
would like to answer), doesn't see a particular question he/she personally wants to answer, so he/she nominates that new question as a meta-answer.
- The master user sees that nomination, checks to make sure it is a meaningful question, and that it is not in violation of the TOS, and formally approves it.
- That now-approved meta-answer now appears in the main listing of meta-answers, visible to all users. The user who originally nominated it, and any other user who also likes that meta-answer, votes for it by transferring funds from the user's main account to that particular meta-answer, also referred to as "making a deposit" in the meta-answer.
- When the master user is satisfied that several people seriously
wish this particular meta-answer to become a question they can answer, the
master user promotes the meta-answer to be a fullfledged question. From now
on, when a regular user selects this particular meta-answer, he/she will
see that it has become promoted.
- Any regular user can now nominate answers to the promoted
question.
- The master user sees each such nomination, checks to make sure it is a meaningful answer to that promoted question, and that is not in violation of TOS, and formally approves it.
- That now-approved answer to the promoted question now appears in the main listing for that promoted question. The user who originally nominated it, and any other user who also likes that answer, votes for it by transferring funds from the user's main account to that particular answer, also referred to as "making a deposit" in the answer.
- After enough users have voted for various answers to some particular promoted question, anyone may choose to publicize the results, but the admin of this NewEco system will surely publish such a poll-listing officially from time to time.
