During the Summer of 2008, I conceived the idea of a job-ad filtering service, discarding all job ads that require skills that the job-seeker doesn't have, leaving just the few jobs the job-seeker might actually qualify for, and suggested the idea to peers at Project Hired, but nobody expressed interest in the idea.
