WARSAW, Poland (AP) -- The death toll from freezing temperatures in Poland this winter has reached 172, three times more than last season, police reported Tuesday. The latest victim, a 55-year-old man, was found covered in ice on Monday near a small village in eastern Poland. Reportedly drunk, he fell into a stream and froze when he got out.
