KAMPALA, Uganda (AP) -- Rwandan rebels attacked two campgrounds in southwestern Uganda, killing three people and abducting 13 foreigners, officials said Monday. The Congo-based rebels attacked the Buhoma camping site on the northern edge of the Bwindi National Park, known as the Impenetrable Forest, late Sunday. PALO ALTO -- Three bodies were found Tuesday afternoon in a home on the 400 block of Ferne Avenue, sending ripples of shock through a south Palo Alto neighborhood. Palo Alto police spent most of the afternoon investigating the deaths of a man in his 40s, a woman in her 30s, and an adolescent boy, said police spokeswoman Tami Gage.
