Henshaw, F.R., lodger, age 24, born in Kansas; father born in Texas; mother born in Kansas; single; occupation: bartender, saloon.

On Sep 12 1918 Roger Fredrick Henshaw (signed Roger Frederick Henshaw), age 32, registered for the World War I draft in Port Orchard, Kitsap County, Washington.  He declared he was born Dec 3rd 1885, and was then residing in Winslow, Kitsap County, Washington where he was a caulker apprentice employed by D.W. Hartzul Inc. of Winslow.  He declared his nearest relative was his mother, Mrs. C.E. Guse of Winslow.  He was recorded as medium height, medium build, brown eyes, black hair.4
