He married Jemima Cox Wheat, Dec 22 1884, St. Matthews Church, Leicester, Leicestershire.^b,c    (Ann Wheat)^a    (Jemima Watat)^d    Jemima, daughter of Henry Wheat & Sophia Cox, was born Oct 22 1862, Burton Overy, Leicestershire.^c    (Nov 2 1864).^e

Arthur and Jemima separated in 1888 when Jemima emmigrated to the U.S. with their children.    It is unknown if they ever formally divorced.^b    On Sep 25 1888 Jemima and children arrived at the Port of New York on the S.S. Wisconsin:^c,f

Arthur is thought to have run a billiards parlor in Birmingham, Warwickshire.^b

Jemima died Jul 18 1940, Long Beach, Los Angeles County, California.^c,e
