Sidney, age 21, had registered for the World War I draft in Lake County, Illinois.  He declared he was born June 1 1896 in Chicago, Illinois, and was then residing in Barrington, Illinois (forwarding address: c/o Windsor Hotel, Jacksonville, Florida).  He declared he was a self-employed farmer, single, with a dependent mother and two sisters.  He was recorded as 6 ft. tall, slender, blue eyes, brown hair.5  

Raymond died Dec - 19807 [Dec 17 19896].
