Under Navy's Point System

Robert S. Hanshaw, radioman, third class, 621 First Avenue, and Edward C. Foster, gunner's mate, second class, 309 Campbell Street were among the men who received honorable discharges from the United States Navy at the Navy Separation Center at Sampson, N.Y. under the Navy's point system.

He married Ruth I. Fisher.1  Ruth was born Jul 26 1911.5  

Robert and Ruth were apparently divorced.  Ruth remarried to a -- Green.1  

In 1986 Robert was still living in/near Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.5
