In 1942 Amos Henry Hanshue, age 65, registered for the World War II draft.  He declared he was born Dec 1 1877 in Crawford County, Ohio, and was then residing in Hummelstown, South Hanover Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania where he was self-employed.  He declared his relative/contact was William Albert Hanshue of Hummelstown.6
