D. Michael Hinshaw 68, Brownsburg, died April 28, 2005. He worked with the Bureau of Aging for the State of Indiana for 18 years, retiring in 2001. He was a former Director with YMCA, Kidney Foundation, Leukemia Society. Mr. Hinshaw was a Member and Deacon of the Maranatha Community Church and member of NAFYR. He graduated from Wabash College. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2005 in Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg. Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2005 in Matthews Mortuary. Burial is in West Ridge Park Cemetery, Indianapolis. Survivors include wife, Carole Hughes Hinshaw; daughters, Karen Herrmann and Katherine McLaren; and seven grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Youth with a Mission or Kingsway Christian School.
