HAYS -- Mrs. Wilma Billings Hinshaw, 55, Route 2, widow of Haywood Hinshaw, died Sunday evening at her home.  Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today at Oak Ridge Baptist Church by the Rev. Ted Combs.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Mrs. Hinshaw was born August 29, 1933 in Wilkes County to Burette and Lillian Byrd Billings.  She was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church.   Surviving are three daughters Jennifer Goss, Shelia Caudill, and Melissa Hinshaw, all of Hays; her mother, Lillian B. Billings, Hays; three sisters, Grace Riddle, Hays, Willie Mae Faw, Wilkesboro, and Helen Johnson, Maiden; three brothers, Gene Billings, Lenoir, Jerry Billings, and Dennis Billings, both of Hays, and four grandchildren.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Oak Ridge Baptist Church.
