Wayne Eli Hinshaw Wayne Eli Hinshaw was born in Grangeville, Idaho on Nov. 25th, 1957 to Clarence Hinshaw and Roxie George and passed away on Apr. 11th, 2013.  He is survived by his brothers and sisters and their spouses Ross and Peggy Hinshaw, Don and Tina Anderson, Bruce and Ivy Michael and Raylynn and Charity Hinshaw as well as one step-brother, Bill Norton.  Wayne spent most of his adult life in Bellingham, WA where he felt most at home, knowing all of the bus routes and used them to full benefit.  He worked at Western Washington University washing dishes which he found to be quite satisfying.  Wayne always seemed to have a positive effect on people wherever he went.  He frequented a local restaurant that treated him like a king when he went there and he surely didn't go away hungry.  The lady that he dealt with at the bank where he did his banking took particular pleasure in handling his financial transactions for him.  Wayne made friends wherever he went.  During the last 15 years, he valued his independence and enjoyed going wherever he liked.  He made his weekly trips to the care center, his blood draws and other events that he was interested in.
