He married Margaret Stanley, Oct 8 1585.1,4  Marriage settlement dated 8 October, 27 Elizabeth (1585).1  

"He was 54 years old at the death of his father and upwards die capcionis Inquis."1  (From this a birth date of approximately 1553-1554 can be derived).
