She declared she was born April 25 1848 in Boston, Massachusetts, and her father, Levi Boles, was born in [..unclear..], Massachusetts and was then deceased. Harriet declared she was then residing in Boston, Massachusetts, with no occupation. She declared she intended to depart August 15 1922 from the port of New York on board the Mauretanis, intending to visit the British Isles for the purpose of "temporary residence". She was recorded as age 74, 5' 7 1/2" tall, blue eyes, gray hair, fair complexion, full face.5
