She married Eugene Moore, May 31 1958.1  Eugene was born Jun 8 1937.1  

Eugene was associated with Joan's father Luther in the furniture business in Nashville, Tennessee.1

Joan and Eugene were divorced in November of 1977.1  Eugene died Aug - 1991.1  

She then married Horace Calvin "Cal" Young, Jr., Oct 1 1979.1  Horace, son of Horace Calvin Young, Sr. & Louise Patterson, was born Jan 22 1922, Nashville, Tennessee.2  

Horace died Oct 27 2008.2

YOUNG, JR., Horace Calvin "Cal"Of Nashville, TN, passed away October 27, 2008.  Mr. Young was born January 22, 1922 in Nashville, TN to the late Horace Calvin Young, Sr. and Louise Patterson Young.  Survived by wife, Joan Henshaw Young; children, Jay (Barbra) Young, Chuck (Deborah) Young and Babs Young Behar; step-children, Jerry (Gina) Moore, Jeanne (Mike) Talley; grandchildren, Matthew Behar, Michael Behar, Jessica Minor, Justin Garton and Alex Moore; great-grandchild, Jay Minor.  Cal began a career in radio in 1942 in Valdosta, GA and served in the Armed Forces Radio Services during World War II.  He had numerous radio stations throughout the South, including local stations WENO (Frontier Town) and WSOK (the first African American format that later became WVOL).  This year at the Tennessee Association of Broadcasters 60th Anniversary celebration, he was awarded "The Distinguished Service Award".  Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, October 30, 2008 in Woodlawn's Dignity Hall.  Pallbearers will be Steve Parker, Paul Minor, Chip Throckmorton, Warner McNeilly, Gerry Speir and Boyd Adams.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Barry, Don Kern, Sonny Deal, Flip Pitts, Gil Fuqua, Nat Winston, Hank Sanford, Cal Turner, Clark Rollins, Cato Bass and Raymond Unland.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Historic Carnton Plantation, 1325 Carnton Lane, Franklin, TN 37064.  Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday, at WOODLAWN-ROESCH-PATTON FUNERAL HOME, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37204; (615) 383-4754.
