Franklin Kneisley, age 27, registered for the World War I draft in LaPorte, Indiana.  He declared he was born January 26th 1890 in Walkerton, Indiana, and he was then residing at 311 Scott St., LaPorte, Indiana where he was married and occupied as a painter with the Advance Runnely Co.  He was recorded as tall, slender, blue eyes, light brown hair.10
