He married Celia A. Burcham, Feb 23 1918, Henry County, Indiana.1,3  Celia, daughter of William J. Burcham & Jennie Kern, was born 1890.1,7  

[In 1918] Frank Louis Hinshaw, age 32, registered for the World War I draft in Chicago, Illinois.  He declared he was born April 1 1886, and was then residing at 3106 Monroe, Chicago, occupied as a cable splicer, employed by the Commonwealth Edison Co.  He declared his nearest relative was his wife, Celia Hinshaw of the same address.  He was recorded as short, medium build, brown eyes, brown hair.6  

Frank Louis Hinshaw died 1920, Henry County, Indiana; buried Greensboro Friends Cemetery, Greensboro, Henry County, Indiana.1,7,8  

Frank and Celia are buried together with Frank's sister Florence.
