Dolores Yvonne Hinshaw
August 3, 1932 - August 28, 2012
Dolores was born in Macomb, Missouri. She was raised in Hollister, CA where she met her husband Gilbert Hinshaw. They raised three children in Chico, CA for 23 years and then moved to Los Molinos where she lived for 17 years. Dolores worked at Beverly Manor (Windsor Chico Care) for 27 years where she was an LVN and a charge nurse. Dolores loved the outdoors and camping with her family. She had many extended family members who considered her mom and grandma.
Dolores is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Hinshaw and daughter, Susan Bigham. She is survived by her sister, Lannoris Clark and her husband Bennie Clark of Salinas; daughters, Karen Leffler and her husband Kent Leffler of Jacksonville, Oregon, Connie Berkey and her husband Tom Berkey of Chico; six grandchildren, William Leffler, Jamie Alhazzazi, Michael Johnson, Michelle Kimball, Sarah Baliy and Allen Bigham and 10 great-grandchildren, Dolores, Layla, Seph, Tahir, Kayceelynn, Paige, Kara, Cameron, Susan and Hayfa.
Dolores is loved very much and will be missed.
