Born Apr 2 1936, Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia.^3,4  John and brother Gordon were twins.³  

He married Cathy Butler.²  Cathy was from Kentville, Nova Scotia.²  

He then married Jennifer Louise Minnich, Jun 30 1984, Orange County, Florida.⁵  

John McCleave Henshaw died Jan 22 2000, at his home, Orlando, Orange County, Florida.^3,4  

John's obituary was published in "The Chronicle Herald" (Halifax, Nova Scotia) on January 27, 2000:³

HENSHAW, John McCleave - 64, Orlando, Fla., died January 22, 2000, at home.  Born in Annapolis Royal, he was a son of the late Leonard and Gladys (MacNeil) Henshaw.  Surviving are son, John Jr., Daytona, Fla.; daughter, Catrina, Lake City, Fla.; seven grandchildren; twin brother, Gordon, Orlando, Fla.; brothers, Ronald, Port Royal; Warren, Bridgetown; sisters, Sandra Roberts, Bridgewater; Linda Fowler, New Minas; several nieces and nephews.  Cremation has taken place in Orlando, Fla.
