Joyce E. Allee
Joyce E. Allee, age 72, of Warsaw, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. She was born on September 4, 1940, in Carmel, Indiana, the daughter of John and Emma (Young) Hinshaw.
She grew up in Carmel, Indiana and graduated from Carmel High School. She was united in marriage to William Allee. Unto this union two children were born.
Joyce was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life. She also was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Warsaw Senior Center.
She is survived by two children, Bradley Allee, of West Park, Florida and Kimberly Hawkins, of Trenton, Georgia, four grandchildren; Cassie Swanson, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Jessica Meunier, and her husband Joe, of Kaukauna, Wisconsin, Brandon and Kaitlin Hawkins, both of Trenton, Georgia, one great grandson, Joseph "LJ" Meunier, and a sister, Frances Burge, and her husband Louis, of Edwards, Missouri.
Memorial Services for Joyce Allee will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at the Reser Funeral Home, in Warsaw. Memorial contributions may be made to Benton County Relay For Life c/o the funeral home.
