She then married William Ratliff, Feb 19 1939, Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana.1  William, son of John+Apple Ratliff, was born Maytown, Kentucky.1  

William died Apr 3 1966, Westfield, Indiana.1  

In 1972 Mildred was living in Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana.1  

She then married John Eskew.4  

In 1983 Mildred was still living in Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana.2  

Mildred Edith Hinshaw died Jan - 1983.2
