Tourist attractions in SF bay area

San Francisco

The most concentrated region of tourist attractions (in the bay area) is the city of San Francisco. Here's a view of the skyline of the city:

Oakland / east bay

Across the bay is the city of Oakland, and smaller cities adjoining it, the East Bay region. I couldn't find a good skyline image of Oakland, so here's some part of it:

San Jose / south bay

We are located in the southbay region, dominated by the city of San Jose. I couldn't find any image of San Jose that I could recognize, so instead I've included a map showing the major freeways and highways that connect to/through San Jose:

Peninsula

Between the southbay and the city of San Francisco is the peninsula, specifically the side of the peninsula facing the bay. I don't have an image of this whole area, so here's a map (centered on Redwood City) instead:

The coast along the ocean

On the other side of the peninsula is the coast of the Pacific Ocean. There are lots of public beaches here. Here's a map centered in this area:
