Fish in this lake include: Brown Trout (Stocked in spring and fall) Rainbow Trout (Stocked spring and fall) Bluegill Channel Catfish Largemouth Bass Smallmouth Bass Carp Other information: Lions Park, Cary Park District Mapquest map Handicapped accessible fishing wall. IEPA Water Quality (Code VTS)

Get detailed map, (27k) (including depths). Locate on Route 14 between Crystal Lake and Cary, just east of Lions Park North. (Stocking info '02) This lake will open for Trout fishing April 6th. (The IDNR will be stocking the lake and the quantity and average size of the fish isn't known. It is expected that they will be brown trout, but some rainbow might also be stocked.) You must possess a valid fishing license and inland trout stamp.
