ROXIE E. HINSHAW Roxie Ellen Hinshaw, 77, of Okmulgee died in a Tulsa Hospital on April 3, 2004.  She was born on July 29, 1926 in Winchester, TN to Richard Herbert and Eva (Wright) Hinshaw.   She worked for Ingersol Rand in the tool shop as a production manager.  Ms. Hinshaw loved to do yard work and work around the house.  She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Eva Hinshaw, two sisters and one brother.   Survivors include two brothers William Hinshaw and Dan Hinshaw and a sister Mary Lou Rowe all of Okmulgee.   Graveside services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Reverend Lum Newberry officiating.  Services are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
