Gorham Henshaw Jr. '34, Wakefield, Mass.; Dec. 3. A retired assistant to the comptroller at Gillette Co., he served many years on the advisory board of the E.E. Boit Home and as treasurer of the trust fund of the First Parish Congregational Church. He is survived by his wife, Muriel Hutchison Henshaw, 11 Newell Rd., Wakefield 01880; two daughters, including Judith Henshaw Gray '72; a son, David '68; and nephew Stephen Burnham '70.
