She married George McMillan, 10-5-1758, Warrington, York County, Pennsylvania.2,3,4,5 George, son of Thomas McMillan & Deborah Marsh, was born Apr 2 1732, Ballinacree, County Antrim, Ireland.6,7,8,9
Their marriage certificate states:
"George McMillan of Warrington in the County of York and Province of Pencilvania Son of Thomas McMillan Deceased and Ann Hinshaw of Manahon in the County and Province aforesd Daughter of Jacob Hinshaw" were married 10 Mo. 5, 1758 in a Friend's Meeting at Warrington Meeting House, York County, Pennsylvania.
The certificate was signed by (among others) Jacob Hinshaw, Ann's father, and Thomas Hinshaw (either her grandfather Thomas or her brother Thomas). Although the marriage is recorded in the Warrington Marriage Book (pg 29), the original marriage certificate is in the possession of a descendant, Mrs. Emma Wickersham Pyle, 720 N. Fair Oaks Ave., Pasadena, CA.2
After her marriage she remaind in Warrington, York (now Adams) County, although her parents (Jacob & Rebecca) moved to Cane Creek, N.C.2

In his will (probated Aug 7, 1795) George says:2
"I give and Bequeath unto my beloved Wife Ann McMillan two Beds & bedding her choice and a case of drawers and as much of my household and Kitchen goods and furniture as She Shall Choose, ten bushels of wheat and £20 yearly, the Western end of my Dwelling house including a room and Kitchen for her use during her Natural life, and also a pipe Stove for Said room and also a Sufficient quantity firewood drawed to her door & made ready for immediate use by my said Sons Jacob and Joseph... it is my Will that the Stove in the mill at Beaver Creek be brought to my present Dwelling house and put in place of the one given to my Said Wife".

The will was witnessed by William Hinshaw, presumably Ann's brother William.2
