Rhua Ann Hanshaw died Feb 18 1872^2,3,12 [Dec 21 1871¹], Orange, Coshocton County, Ohio^2,3,12; buried Bowman Cemetery, Coshocton, Ohio^2,3,12.

Joseph died Orange, Coshocton County, Ohio, buried Bowman Cemetery, Coshocton, Ohio.

Joseph kept a diary, and he referred to Rhua Ann as Annie. They are both buried on top of a hill up from their house, in Bowman Cemetery. Also buried there are Lewis M. Higbee, and William and Mary Matilda Maxwell.⁴

Rhua Ann was very likely the daughter of Jonathan Seman Henshaw, who settled in Coshocton County, Ohio. Francis Asbury Stafford, thought to be the brother of Elizabeth (Stafford) Henshaw,²⁰ also settled in Coshocton County; his daughter Mary (Stafford) Compton named her first daughter Rhua¹² (presumably named after her cousin Rhua Henshaw).²⁰
