Born Apr 15 1951, Boone County, Missouri.¹  

He married Sascha E. H. Douglass, Jun 8 1979.¹  Frank and Sascha divorced in 1980 (no children).¹  

He then married Shu Hua Kao.¹  

Frank is the majority shareholder in the oldest and largest skydiving center in Hawaii, Skydive Hawaii at Dillingham Airfield on the North Shore of Oahu.¹
