He declared he was born 1-18-1879 in Ukiah, California, and was then residing in Petaluma, Sonoma County, California. He declared his relative/contact as Mr. W.L. Sutton of Bloomfield, California. He was recorded as 6'1" tall, 150lbs., blue eyes, gray hair, light complexion.6
