Born Oct 12 1894, Lebanon, Missouri.1,2,5  (Oct - 1893).4  (Oct 12 1896, an unlikely date since his brother David was also born in 1896).3  

On Jun 5 1918 Wm Harry Hinshaw, age 25, registered for the World War I draft in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.  He declared he was born Oct 12 1896 in Lebanon, Missouri, and was then residing in Jenks, [Tulsa County,] Oklahoma where he was an oil field laborer.  He declared his nearest relative was W.W. Hinshaw of Bixby, [Tulsa County,] Oklahoma.  He was recorded as tall, blue eyes, light hair.3  

He married Jessie Mae Patrick.1  Jessie, daughter of George W. + Ida Patrick, was born Dec 28 1898, Arkansas.1,5,6
