Born 4-1-1810, Randolph County, North Carolina.^1,2,3,4,5  

At Cane Creek MM on 9-7-1816, Phebe was "received by request" of her parents, Simon & Rebecca.²  

At the Vermilion MM (Illinois) on 9-1-1832, Phebe was complained of (someone complained about her) for attending a marriage contrary to discipline of a member, and for "deviation from plainness of dress and address"; she condemned her misconduct on 10-25-1832 (the same date her brother Zeno was disowned, presumably because he refused to condemn his own conduct).  The improper marriage in question was likely Zeno's.⁶  

Phebe Hinshaw died Mar 17 1834.^1,4,7
