Henshaw, Press, brother-in-law, age 21, born June 1878 in West Virginia; parents born in West Virginia; single; occupation: day laborer (unemployed 4 months).
On Mar 19 1906 Press E. Hanshaw enlisted as a Private in the U.S. Marine Corps, stationed at the Marine Barracks / Navy Yard, League Island, Pennsylvania.3 On Mar 24 1906 he was stationed at USFS, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.3 He deserted May 5 1906, and was dropped as a deserter on May 15 1906.3
He married Sarah P. -, about 1910.4 Sarah was born about 1893, Virginia.4
Preston and Sarah were shown in the 1910 census (May 10 1910), Glasgow Burough, Beaver County, Pennsylvania:4

"Preston Handshaw" is buried in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, Wyoming County, West Virginia.5
This is probably the same as Eli Preston Hanshaw #19456.6
